This wardrobe has been very disappointing, parts missing, edged not finished, so the plastic fake wood is peeling, doors do not align, drawers fall when opened shelves can't be placed as parts missing, I don't know if I'm more upset with the product or Wayfairs customer service and resolution team, they all need training. I was mis-informed every step of the way regarding my requested return, I was promised a full refund as the item is faulty and that collection would be at my convenience, no refund to-date as this was in-correct information that they will not honour, additionally returning a faulty item costs us the customer money, as we have to buy the packaging for the return ourselves, unless of course you knew it was going to be faulty and kept several boxes the size of coffins to hand, that is , if you have the space to store them, in the first place. So, long story short, I am left in a dilemma and 3 months deep in emails as they refuse to call me to resolve, I have held off leaving a review as I really hoped we could resolve the issues, I am a reasonable person but apparently the resolution team don't have access to telephones? Avoid buying this wardrobe, buy cheap, buy twice, a lesson I have sadly had to learn :( in-fact - TBH, The wardrobe was over £650 so not cheap to buy, just cheaply made it would seem.
