When we opened package today the TV stand was damaged. Please advise?

First delivery- item was damaged. We had to order a replacement 2 more times, which ALL turned out to be damaged! The last delivery driver put the item over our fence, even though it had fragile all over it! Not impressed!

1st delivery was damaged but a replacement was provided within 2 days. We had trouble putting it together as there were parts missing/not included (as stated in the instruction leaflet) and received a partial refund for our troubles. Cannot fault the response. The TV unit is lovely. The bottom shelf sticks out a bit more than we were expecting but it looks really great. We have a 55inch TV and lifted the unit up above the floor. Seems to be very sturdy. Would definitely recommend.

It looks fabulous, a real statement in the room without dominating it. The cables are all hidden away neatly. Extremely pleased with it. It reslly is the most perfect TV stand I've ever had.

Good looking item. Handyman took a while to put up so may be better as a 2 man job. Front facade is easy to remove so can paint afterwards.
