Thorbern Hall Tree with Bench and Shoe Storage

Product is ok. Wood quality is good and I'm happy with the picture vs. reality comparison. Anyway, I am disgusted by the hooks: all made by cheap plastic, completely unaesthetic, weak (they can flex with a winter coat). For this price I was expecting at least chrome steel hooks!

Smaller than the picture on website, screws not complete, the stopper provided to cover the screws could not do its job because the few screws provided were too long. I regret buying it

The product is nice and we got it for a good price however there were some scuffs and marks which didn't quite fit the "Wayfair quality" we had expected. The instructions had been photocopied so there were corners missing and the shorter screws would not hold the handles and pegs in place which meant a motley job of finding similar sized ones to fit the job. The final piece is nice but only if you are up for a challenge.

Do not order it is very underwhelming and the quality is very poor! Arrived damaged after a delay of two weeks, missing handles, coat hangers plastic and poor quality. If you like wasting your money then go ahead and purchase as this is exactly what you would be doing!
