Not what I ordered. They sent me an accent chair, not the correct color, material, size. They said they would send me a replacement but I have to return the one that was prepackaged and I cannot pack it. Very disappointed.

I had ordered the one with the swivel feature but unfortunately received the chair without the swivel. The customer care representative was very helpful and ordered a replacement so waiting for my package before I can fully review. Overall, the chair is very comfy and I'm looking forward to receiving the actual product.
