Very unreliable and most likely cancel the order on the last day …do not order from this brand or wayfair

Building it was a disaster. The holes didn’t fit the size. And it is very unstable.

This is a ladder with shelves. The shelves are not predrilled, you have to figure out the measurements yourself, and use a drill otherwise the job of attaching the shelves to the metal parts is impossible . The instruction doesn’t mention that there is a twist with the metal bits. In my case after attaching shelves to the two separate pieces of the metal ladder I realised that I cannot connect 2 metal bits together to complete the structure without reattaching the shelves and screwing the up to the same metal bit but turned upside done. Complete mess. Instead of one tall shelves I have two short ones and one of them is supported by the wall otherwise it will fall - one of the vital bits is not working , the photo is attached . The delivery was quick and the product was packaged well but some shelves were chipped and had signed off glue all over. I would not recommend this item

A total waste of space, glue on shelf, no drilled holes for shelves, etc etc, took down to tip.
