Terrible craftsmanship, as you can see from the photos - the door that was sagging could not be fixed from tightening the hinges because the wood was not flush on the edge of the door so it would never close properly. The drawer section did not open or close properly; turns out the runners were not screwed into the draws and the chipboard had broken off where one of the screws should have been - whilst advertised as solid wood it definitely isn't all solid wood. Very, very disappointed, especially after waiting three weeks and paying over £500 for it. Customer service, at least, was good.
