This desk was easy to put together. The packaging was thorough and well-padded. I have it resting on carpet and use the desk for my PC and hobbies. The desk has been sturdy and stable (no wobble). The finish is smooth with no visible defects. I love this desk and am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Ok this desk was bigger than I expected it to be but I still love it. I needed a little work area and this desk is solid, great quality with a modern feel. I highly recommend if you want something sleek and looks expensive.

Good quality and design

I ordered the Urbana Solid wood desk in the wood coloring. It came well packaged and was easy to assemble (under 10 minutes). The color is a nice natural rich hue that ads a bit of warmth to my office space. The height and space on the desk is good. The only draw back is it scratches a bit easy so be careful when using it for heavy office work. I would order and recommend this desk. Two thumbs up.

The desk arrived quickly and the boxed packaging excellent. As others have noted, I had a corner that a minor amount of paint had flaked off, but a small tab of touch up paint resolved that. I don't think the flaking was due to transport or packaging issues as that was excellent. All that's needed after unboxing is attaching the legs which was simple. I'm 67 and did it all myself without help. The desk is heavy, sturdy and seems to be well built. I bought this because it matched some other black finished scalloped edged furniture I have and it looks great! Overall I'm happy, though as others have said it seems a bit high priced for what you're getting, even at the discounted 7% off that I paid.
