Customers appreciate the removable and washable cushion covers, finding them convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The included lumbar pillow is also a popular feature, enhancing comfort. While many find the product to be a great accent piece, easy to assemble, and sturdy, some reviews mention negative aspects. Specifically, customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the cheap appearance of the screw plugs and the colour of the wood being lighter than depicted.
