Wexler Solid Wood Trestle Coffee Table

Once assembled this table looks good and is solid...and the picture resembles the actual product (which is always a plus!) ...HOWEVER...the 3 stars are because of a fault we found with the top side of one of our legs; it had been cut ever-so-slightly askew, creating an angle that when flush to the underside of the table top, resulted in a very wonky table. With a bit of outside-the-box thinking I managed to insert a couple of bits of thin plastic I happened to have around the house, between the leg and tabletop...and the "wonky" was no more, and the plastic is invisible. Yes, there was the option to send it back, or request a replacement part, but we were able to find a free fix with some ingenuity. Don't let this put you off, as I suspect this was a fault with our components rather than a reflection of the table quality...it looks great in our living space and should you buy one that doesn't have wonky legs, it’s easy to assemble and fulfils its purpose.

The coffee table arrived quickly andwas very easy to assemble. I love the colour its a rich dark wood and the height is ideal for use as so many coffee tables are too low. The texture is attractive and unusual. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it may not suit a family with small children as I feel it could scratch easily although so far that has not happened and I could be wrong. Personally I love the table and have had compliments already from family and friends.

Preis/ Leistung in Ordnung, leicht aufzubauen (ca. 15min) Optik wie auf den Bildern, massiv ... insgesamt ein guter Kauf zum fairen Preis denke ich.
