Arrived in a compact box. Instruction leaflet small but covered all the important things. They were easy to assemble. It even included an extra screw per chair. The chair itself looks sturdy. OK, I would have preferred unpainted legs, but it's not bothering me too much. I am very impressed how the material feels. It looked much glossier in the pictures but it has a matt feel to it. Easy to wipe clean. When we sat on them for the first time we both sighed. The seat is soft but still gives enough support. The back feels comfy when leaning against it. All in all we are very happy with our purchase, especially considering the price.
