Really disappointed with this chair. I took a risk by ordering it with very few reviews and regret it - have already initiated the return process. The plastic bit at the back that's meant to help with posture literally digs into your spine so it feels like you're being punched in the kidneys. Maybe the issue is that I'm tall (176cm), I don't know, but I really hate this chair in terms of comfort. Which is a real shame because it looks beautiful and has a nice big seat.
