Very uncomfortable, the back has a ridge around it which digs into your upper back. Looks OK, but small consolation when sitting in an uncomfortable chair. I got sucked in by the reasonable price, should have paid more and tried a chair out in a shop before hand. Two stars for look and function.

Good item and quick delivery

Really disappointed with this chair. I took a risk by ordering it with very few reviews and regret it - have already initiated the return process. The plastic bit at the back that's meant to help with posture literally digs into your spine so it feels like you're being punched in the kidneys. Maybe the issue is that I'm tall (176cm), I don't know, but I really hate this chair in terms of comfort. Which is a real shame because it looks beautiful and has a nice big seat.
