The chairs are functional and retro look & feel, which is what I wanted. Easy to assemble, although when I queried the assembly with customer service, they weren't exactly truthful, but that's just normal customer service, you only get the half truth. My only advice to anyone thinking of buying these chairs, pay attention to ALL measurements. Sadly the chairs are low down, so if you have table that is average hight you need to be aware the you'll be sitting lower down or like me having to purchase booster cushions.
