Zipcode Design Brock Executive Chair

Conftable chair, assembally instruction need some work.

Awful. Took 1 and a half week to deliver the chair. Once received it isnt even the chair i ordered a received a ripped damaged black mesh chair. Also the customer service on some of the agents is appalling

A bit Early to judge as of yet, ive ony just finished putting it together, took me an hour to put it together, was a bit fiddly putting the screws into the back bracket (instruction number 4) but i managed, just sitting on it now, feels quite comfy, haven't wired it up as of yet, i am a bit concerned that the whole heavy chair just sits onto the wheels? I would have thought it would have been screwed into the base(wheels)Also, i'm a bit dissapointed that there is no helpline number to ring if needed?Gonna try plugging it in, massage is ok on the chair and heat function, not keen on the colour of the background on remote, it is quite difficult to read the functions on the green background on remote, suggest a longer wire on power cable, mine only just reaches the power socket on wall, will know how i feel more about chair after using it for a few days, it was very well packed and delivery was on the ball, ive bought quite a lot from Wayfair this last year, and always been very Happy with their Quality products. This chair is a treat for me for all the hard work ive done this last year since moving home.A Question just wondering what the 2 white wires are for ?Does anyone know? One more point is that the plastic on back where the top of the chair slots in (instruction number 4) is cracked, so i really do hope that this will not crack even further in time?Would have given the chair 5 stars if there wasnt a crack in the plastic.

Very comfortable, looks impressive and perfect for my home office. the massage function is a bonus! Haven’t tried the heat option yet as it’s summer but highly impressed !

Great chair , very fast delivery. Perfect size for desk height and comfy as a gaming chair too
