Canonero Computer Desk

We ordered the desk on 14th June and got an e-mail on 2nd July saying it would be delivered on 8th July but it did not arrive and the tracking service did not work over the next few days. We e-mailed Wayfair on 13th July to complain and then got two e-mails on 14th July to say it would be delivered on 15th July. However on the morning of 15th July we got an e-mail to say there was a problem and we would need to re-order the desk so we had to go on-line to look for alternatives from Wayfair and other companies. Then at 12.00 that day we got a phone call from BJS saying they would be delivering the desk within the next hour so we insisted that they checked it was actually on the van and it was. The desk was delivered late and the appalling communication about when it would be delivered, if at all, means that we will probably not use Wayfair again and not recommend them to any one we know unless we receive some compensation for the time and effort we have needed to put in in order to get what we paid for.

Easy to order, reasonable delivery time and well packaged when delivered. Very clear and easy instructions with everything going together very easy. Well constructed and looks great in my new study. Would purchase again through Wayfair as this was my first time of ordering and would highly recommend to friends.

nice desk, sturdy bigger than expected.

Fairly good desk for the price. Instructions have a version A and version B for the drawers which threw me at the start (I had version B) Apart from that all ok

Good value for money. Instructions were not the clearest, but impressed with the final result!
