Charlton Unfinished TV Stand for TVs up to 50"

Boltscrew were to long and damage the unit. The drawers don't shut properly and the handle were made from plastic. The delivery was awful as I had to wait for 10 days after calling almost every day. Another thing is screw caps were missing and dowels bars were not even. I have got one longer than it should be. I was about to return it as it was very hard to follow the instructions on the website. I am afraid I am disappointed with my purchase.

Good looking tv unit with only one major flaw. The instructions were printed on the lid of the box, and were so small I had to use the camera on my phone to W Lange then.

Good unit, but you do get what you pay for. Unit was awkward to put together, with the instructions on the back of the packaging box in such low resolution it was very difficult to follow and see what screws etc were needed. You can download the instructions from the web though which I would recommend. One piece needed an added hole drilling as it simply wouldn't fit as supplied as the hole was in the wrong place. This was minor though and could be a one off for me. You might not have this issue. Another review states this, but I had the same experience with the left drawer not fitting correct. Issue with the batch perhaps? Seems strange that this would be a coincidence. I just simply left the right drawer open slightly to match. However, all in all, after putting it together it does look good for the price paid. But be warned, it will not go together easily and you do get what you paid for!

The unit itself is really very beautiful,, I bought 2 and joined them together as I have more space and a bigger television and it's perfect! The only negative I would say is that the instructions are on the side of the box it arrived in and tough to assemble as it is very small print and not in colour so was quite hard to follow but got there in the end, would prefer a booklet for the instructions.
