Clarice Headboard

Dreadful item and customer service. The parts don’t fit together and the paint chips easily. Utterly useless and I wasted 30 minutes on a chat with Ramona S who disappeared and left me waiting without a resolution. Another chat has elicited a collection for the useless headboard. I was told Wayfair would “waive” the £50 return charge. I would not recommend this headboard or buying online. Never again will I shop with Wayfair.

I am really happy with this headboard and it is of far better quality than I had originally hoped for the price. The ordering process was very easy and it actually arrived 3 days earlier than expected - a bonus.

Headboard arrived with rust marks that could not be removed. Wayfair customer services were very helpful but unfortunately I am now in a situation where I brought the headboard with a voucher and the headboard is out of stock (so I cannot get a replacement sent). I have nothing else to buy from Wayfair with a refunded voucher :-( - going to give it a few weeks to see if more stock arrives and keep attempting the replacement option - such a shame as it is evidently a storage issue for what is a nice headboard at a reasonable price that fits small doubles!

Very poor quality and comes with rust effect, that wont wash off.

After waiting a long time for this item to be available in ‘4ft ‘ size…. I was excited to get my delivery . My reaction disappointment when I opened the box, has to be seen to be believed ! Although the packaging was intact , the condition of the headboard was filthy rusty AND it was enclosed within a plastic covering ! Most unacceptable ! As I had waited so long ( months ) for this headboard , I opened one end , to see if the dirt rust would wash away ( even though there was no way, it was desirable ). As I suspected , the black gritty dust wiped away ( on a small area -) but the orange rust marks remain! … and this is a white headboard , for a pretty , feminine redecorated bedroom. There is no way that I am prepared to accept this item request a replacement ( preferably )
