Crestline 2 Door Solid + Manufactured Wood Wardrobe

Not so happy with the quality, the doors are light, the quality of the wood not good, chipped. I think the price is too much for that sort of quality. The doors don’t shut properly has a gap, I think because it’s light and moves back.

The wardrobe itself is a lovely design but the assembly is difficult and disappointing. Firstly, it does not take 2 hours as it states. I’ve assembled many things before and this was by far the most difficult. The instructions were really confusing and sometimes even incorrect because no matter how much I tried the method suggested didn’t work. For example, the sliding doors are supposed to slot in easily. But really you have to leave the screws for the wheels loose, slot them in then manually push them into place and tighten the screws. Now on to the main issue. The parts are not measured correctly. No matter how you assemble them, some pieces just won’t fit straight. It’s noticeable once fully assembled because one side tilts slightly and the sliding doors close at the top but leave gaps at the bottom because the pieces don’t fit together. The bottom drawers also don’t stay in. If you try to fit the wheels in, it gets stuck so I’ve had to resort to just pushing them in to make them look normal from the outside. But if you open them more than halfway they fall out. I could somewhat deal with the defects if they weren’t a threat to my life. However, the are because the heavy sliding doors keep coming off the track unless you slide them really slowly. They could fall and hit someone so now I have to find a way to fix those. Overall, I don’t recommend this product at all unless u want to endanger someone’s life and also drive yourself insane trying to assemble it. The only positive is the light that goes inside because they actually worked wow I was surprised too and they’re a nice feature. I really feel like I’ve wasted time and money on this thing but there’s nothing I can do now except try and prevent others from suffering too. How does one even try to send a whole wardrobe back? Speaking of delivery, if you have narrow staircases don’t even bother because it won’t go up the stairs easily. I had to unpack each part to fit it in and okay that was probably my mistake as I underestimated the size of the wardrobe but like I knew I would manage which I did because I always do but like don’t put yourself through that. It was not fun.

Very heavy for delivery men! Someone put it together for us in 6 hours and end result was great. It's spacious and just what we wanted.
