Seat back had a minor stain and Wayfair provided a partial credit (more than I expected) to keep the chair as is. Future buyers - just be sure to fully inspect the seat cover for any stains or flaws.

Comfy, super easy assembly, easy hydraulic pump up or down, rolls with ease

Decently comfortable chair. Moves good on thin carpet. Easy assembly. Cushion wears down after some use.

The chair itself is as pictured and expected. Looks good and will service for our growing kid’s desk. However, one of the four bolt holes on the underside that holds the bracket to the seat was not drilled out properly. I’m disappointed in quality control and construction. Luckily we have tools and knowledge to repair this ourselves rather than the hassle of returning. Also, the delivery box was quite a mess when it arrived. Wayfair or FedEx’s fault? Hard to determine.
