Ingram 3 Door Wardrobe

Like - overall build quality including the reinforcing brackets on the drawers. Not so much - scandalous delivery charge. Building order could be improved.

Perfect for what I needed it for , shelves are very spacious .Nice quality . Had for over a year now and had no issues

Wardrobe is of good quality and sturdy but the assembly instruction is not very clear or lacking numbered units make it difficult to assemble

Poor quality

I was going to wait until I posted my review as I'm having a few issues with the product, overall the wardrobe is fantastic the inside is great tons of room the depth is great , the drawers are good , however the same can't be said for the doors especially the twin tall doors , when I put this up I didn't fully check the product and it wasn't until the doors were going to be put up that we saw one had damaged cracked and split so wayfair kindly contacted the supplier and I'm currently waiting for a replacement , now here's the next issue we hung the bulky single door and it doesn't line up almost like its warped no amount of adjusting fixed it and then while hanging the one tall door carefully we noticed the damage to the top and bottom as it wouldn't line up it was hitting and obviously although done with care it's caught the heavy bottom and top of the wardrobe and damaged the door, I've had to hang the original damaged one due to having a young child and you can see from the picture that the doors don't sit right as the original damaged one is warped the other door was fine but now has damage caused by me but shouldn't really cause that kind of damage as we carefully closed it to check it didn't hit , overall to sum it up I'm annoyed as I've spent alot of money , while the wardrobe itself isn't the problem the doors let it down massively, not sure if I was unlucky but they don't even line up and we know the wardrobe is straight . If it wasn't for the doors I'd give the product a 5 star . I've changed the rating to 5 star because one the customer service between both wayfair and the manufacturers was outstanding in my opinion they went above and beyond to solve the issue I had , this speaks high volume and shows a company cares more about the customer than the product . Definitely fantastic service and solved my issues.
