Some of the items are missing in the wardrobe i was not happy at all

I was very excited to receive my wardrobe, but unfortunately I have been extremely disappointed with the product and the difficulty I have experienced putting it together. The wardrobe itself and the bags of screwsfittings are not labelled with any numbers or letters. This makes it very difficult to identify which pieces and screws should go where, and as a result I have put some parts in the wrong places and unfortunately damaged the wood while trying to assemble it. There are also issues with the actual measurements of the parts. The backboard has not been cut to the correct size, and one of the front doors also appears to have been incorrectly measured, meaning that it does not close properly. Given these issues, I do not believe the wardrobe is fit for purpose. The problems are not simply due to assembly there appear to be manufacturing andor sizing issues with the parts, as well as inadequate labelling of the components. I would therefore like you to send me a complete replacement wardrobe, including all correctly sized and labelled parts and fittings. Please also let me know how you intend to arrange collection of the faulty wardrobe. I can provide photographs showing the damaged wood, the incorrectly sized parts and the door that will not close if required.

Great wardrobe, great delivery team. But please level the parts for easy to understand the instructions manual and which will help user while install the wardrobe.

Like - overall build quality including the reinforcing brackets on the drawers. Not so much - scandalous delivery charge. Building order could be improved.
