I am very disappointed with the chair I received. Five years ago, I bought the same model from your company, and I was extremely happy with its quality and comfort. The chair I have received now is clearly different from the one I bought before. Although it looks similar at first glance, the seat is much smaller, the cushioning is thinner, and the overall shape is different. It is much less comfortable than my original chair. I have attached photos comparing my original chair (purchased five years ago) with the new one I have just received. The differences are obvious. I ordered this chair expecting to receive the same model or an equivalent replacement, but the product delivered does not match the quality, dimensions, or comfort of my previous chair. I would appreciate an explanation and would like to know how you intend to resolve this issue. I would prefer to receive a chair that matches the original model I purchased. I look forward to your prompt response

Chair fits the bill but the delivery communications with DHL were terrible.

It was a nice enough chair but too small. Looks like a child’s chair.

Really good for the money. Quick delivery and easy to assemble as all you have to do is screw the legs on.
