Good quality wardrobe but contacting wayfair customer service is non existent

The unit is sturdy and seems that it will last. However the unit was damaged when received, the gloss coating applied to the doors (I ordered the black version) is not applied that well and was scratched, which you don't see until you remove the protective cover.

good design. easy to assemble. solid wardrobe. but the high gloss finish is terrible. all high gloss finish is scratch or not polish. they sent me new parts that were in worse condition because they were packed loose. high-gloss parts are not protected very well

Not great. Instructions weren’t the best and were all over the place. Steps that should heave been completed before hand came later. I also had to cut a piece as it was too long and did not fit. Some bits had pre drilled holes whilst others, such as door fixtures, did not. In the pictures you can see the piece that is too long and the top rail had been askew.

Ordered from site, was delivered in 2 separate deliveries, both were over 3 hours late compared to the delivery window. when we opened the boxes we found 1 side panel had a hole and a large dent in it, as the side panels are not solid they are hollow with a card lattice inside (have provided pictures to show the damage), reported this to wayfair who gave a refund of 52 pounds. only kept the wardrobe as the damage is not visible in the place we have put it only gave 1 star as there is no way to give none
