Awful. Cheap, uncomfortable, super small

Bought open box after CSR “checked status” and assured me that open box items are quality assured to be in “like new” condition. One bar stool arrived like new. The other had a scuffed pedestal and a broken ring/connecting piece that covers the joint where the pedestal and stand meet. Ridiculous to send back after constructing one bar stool already, but would not trust CS “checking status” or buy open box items again.
