What a wonderful chair. For the price, I was not expecting something of such quality. It does come with simple instructions and the parts (screws etc) are all clearly labelled. Whilst it looked daunting at first, laying all the parts out made it easier to put together. The fabric is easily wiped. The head pillow is ok but Im not sure it is something I will use. However, the massage pillow at the lower section is fabulous. Value for money, absolutely.

Absolutely great chair. I would give it five stars if the massager was rechargeable instead of to be plugged in. Back rest height is a little small but I guess it's aimed at people around average height

Very comfortable The lumbar support is a real treat I didn’t apply the arms, so it makes me actually sit up properly in this chair - no slouching ! Beat chair I’ve bought in years
