I like to think I'm above average at furniture assembly, but this thing gave me a run for my money. The directions are poorly drawn at best, and as others have mentioned, some of the pre-drilled holes were misplaced or missing altogether. That said, other than needing extra hands to place the top, I was able to put it together on my own. If i had paid full price, i would be giving this a 3 star. It works for my situation with a tiny condo kitchen in a mid rise. However, it came in a zillion pieces-some not marked-stickers fell off and tape broken. This took me several hours alone, with a few breaks, two missing knob screws. It looks fine and is decent in size for a small area. Like i said works for me. Instructions are just diagrams no actual pictures or instructions. A few holes were not drilled out; a couple holes drilled a bit too much. No glue included for peg/dowel -which i think there should be if it is assisting in the stability. all in all was worth the 164.00 but i would never pay the 289.00 the list as full now. When i purchased it listed the full price at over 300 now they list it lower. Similar brands come with some partially assembled items, like the drawer slides. I am very pleased with my trolley. I was able to ask a good friend to assemble it for me. All the screws were present…. a minor chip on the woodwork and a dint on the corner of the stainless steel top but all the screw holes were in the correct place. He didn’t have any issue’s putting it together but overlooked the plastic clip that prevents the draw from coming out completely. He’ll need to turn the top around to fit it.
