I ordered this unit and 3.weeks later it still hadn't arrived, I contacted customer service on Sat night and a replacement arrived Monday morning. Easy to put together. Expected wall brackets to be provided with the mounts that were supplied. Door opening upwards with gas mounts would have been more practical.
