Firstly thank you for accepting this as a return and issuing the refund quickly. Asthetically it looks great, but it is so uncomfortable. Certainly the sofa fits the brief exactly and is as I hoped it would be. The cushions are very firm and comfortable. I was slightly disappointed in the delivery process which occurred several days before I had been told by yourselves to expect it. Fortunately I was warned of this on the evening before but since I am working and teaching from home at present this could have been very inconvenient. Very well made excellent quality, very substantial sofa for a Conservatory.The only downside was the delivery service from XPD tried to deliver the sofas twice without previous arrangements,luckily on the second occasion we were in and had to help the poor driver who was on his own although it said 2 man delivery.. Sustainable natural wicker corner sofa manufactured with the re-afforested mahogany framework and covered in an attractive natural Kubu grey wicker. This sofa is available with natural or black cushions. Scatter cushions as imaged included. Due to the sectional nature of this Puri sofa, it is extremely versatile. This natural wicker sofa can be used as a corner sofa, L shaped sofa or an inline sofa. The L shape can be either right or left-handed dependant on the design of your lounge or conservatory. For smaller rooms, the Puri natural wicker sofa is also available in 3 sections. No assembly is necessary.  Delivery two weeks, or sometimes sooner! All cushion covers are machine washable on a cool wash, they recommend leaving the covers to dry naturally and applying the covers to the foam cushions whilst slightly damp. Sofa from the cozy series Jorgenson that comes with associated cushions in Offwhite. The sofa is easily moved between different surfaces and fits as well as the small terrace and the large patio. The sunbed should be placed under roof as wicker is sensitive to both moisture and dehydration. Care advice: A natural material that is incredibly neat and trendy, however not very weather -resistant. Cutting furniture should preferably not stand outdoors but should be placed in dry spaces. Avoid large temperature differences. The easiest cleaning is done with a damp cloth.
