The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. Instructions for construction could be with a little more detail - however, I constructed this alone during the 40 degrees heatwave. On the right side of the bed at the top where the two bolts hold the headboard on to the frame the bracket what the two screws into inside the frame as broken. The bed frame is excellent. Sturdy, fits together well and contains the mattress with no gaps. Make sure you have an electric screwdriver! As you have to put the slats in manually with screws, as well as the slat rests I marked down as the headboard is a different story - does not fit together well, leaving gaps on show and some of the wood was damaged.
