These barstools were exactly what I needed for my breakfast bar. They look great, feel sturdy, and were easy to put together. Like some other reviewers mentioned, the wood appears to be laminated and seems prone to cracking, which was a little disappointing. This bar height works perfectly in my multi-purpose room. I love it! The stool arrived in a thick box. Each piece was nicely wrapped and labeled from the gear package.
