First time ordering from wayfair. I was a bit weary ordering this after reading reviews and got the feeling wayfair is “hit or miss”. I am pleasantly surprised how this bench turned out. Easy to assemble, you just have to put the 2 sides on the bench and feet on. The material is a velvety material and the whole bench is very sturdy. The top part doesn’t open as far but you can fit 1 or 2 think blankets in there or a couple of shoes. It also comes with the 2 little pillows. We love it! Perfect for our bungalow and best of all it comes fully assembled! It’s solid and beautifully made, the hinge for the storage compartment is sturdy and safe for our 5 year old who’s like a bull in a China shop! Yes it’s small but it’s only meant to be, if you want something for adults to sit on permanently suggest you go for something wider but for us and the space we have it’s perfect so as far as we are concerned we highly recommend!.
