Actually a ZERO rating. Buyers should be aware that the advertising is misleading, as the item is listed on the website as a Solid Wood Winsor Back Accent by Keen Replicas, with the confirmation email stating same. It’s not until the morning of delivery when another email confirms that the item is actually an Armchair Miniature Slat by Keen Replicas that the scam becomes clear. On arranging for a return, you’re told that you will be charged £20 for the privilege. Customer Services, say that Wayfair policy will not allow for the return fee to be waived as the dimensions are hidden under the Weight and Dimensions tab on the product's webpage. It is my contention that Wayfair know that they are misleading customers by conducting business in this fashion. To then compound the issue by implementing return charges to increase their profit margin is simply daylight robbery, particularly when the return shipping fee will only be waived if I place another order of equal or greater value. Given that Wayfair seem to operate dubious business practices, I would suggest that this is a company to steer clear of.. Anonymous. Fri May 10 2024
