I could hardly be more disappointed in this product. It is poorly sprung, poorly made and highly uncomfortable. Had it taken less effort to put together and required less effort to take it apart I would be returning it and requesting a refund. That I am not doing so is only because of the stress involved in doing so. It looks great, but the reality is very different. My dogs love it, it isn't fit for discerning human use.. Charles.
