Great delivery service, we were kept updated on the arrival date and time and bed is exactly as stated. The mattress is firm and the drawers are not flimsy. Really pleased with this although the original advert did say that it came with a headboard (reason for purchase) however this is not the case and you only get the base and the mattress.
