Once I've contacted the Wayfair, they were very prompt and apologetic, they booked the van to pick it up for free and issued the refund. Absolutely would not recommend this bed or Wayfair. First bed arrived with two broken slats, that was collect and I was assured a replacement would be sent straight out. A replacement was due to delivered on Thursday 17th April and never arrived until Monday afternoon. When it did arrive I was only sent one side of the bed, the entire bed wasn’t sent. I contacted Wayfair via WhatsApp and they assured me they would refund me as soon as this part of the bed was collected.
