Update on theses 2 x single beds we bought back in 23rd April 2025 (had em nearly a year). One of the single beds has broken. On the right side of the bed at the top where the two bolts hold the headboard on to the frame the bracket what the two screws into inside the frame as broken. The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. Recieved a small double bed and the headboard slats were too small to fit across. (In my opinion they have packed small bed slats In a small double pack), got In touch with customer services who said the parts I needed were out of stock. So they sent me a replacement bed. New bed arrived and exactly the same problem. Contacted them for a full refunded. Now have 4 heavy boxes and no bed. Waiting for them to organise collection. The bed is completely unsuitable for purpose, is flimsy and broke the second my 8 year old lay on it. I’ve had to buy a tonne of solid wood to reinforce it as it’s beyond flimsy After it collapsed I checked the weight limit and it says 0kg! This is NOT a typo…. It cannot hold any weight and is basically a decorative item…. Be it not a good one as chipped and cheap looking.
