Update on theses 2 x single beds we bought back in 23rd April 2025 (had em nearly a year). One of the single beds has broken. On the right side of the bed at the top where the two bolts hold the headboard on to the frame the bracket what the two screws into inside the frame as broken. The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. The bed is completely unsuitable for purpose, is flimsy and broke the second my 8 year old lay on it. I’ve had to buy a tonne of solid wood to reinforce it as it’s beyond flimsy After it collapsed I checked the weight limit and it says 0kg! This is NOT a typo…. It cannot hold any weight and is basically a decorative item…. Be it not a good one as chipped and cheap looking. My friend has spent A WHOLE DAY (11 hours to be precise ) trying to build this bed and as previous reviewer said , you need the right tools to build it and none of this has been stated in the description considering it’s such an important and time consuming , as well as bulky thing to order, get delivered and build. Material is flimsy , it’s very complicated and it’s just a joke and a rip off from the people . Whoever actually designed it should get sacked and the bed discontinued because I’ve got a little baby in the house and I’ve just spend a whole day messing about with space and stress not to even finish it up in one day ! The bed is lovely! Really nice, solid build and very pretty. However, be warned, the instructions are a nightmare!! Bed was missing a piece from the support struts and was only noticed once bed was practically built. We contacted seller, who were unable to supply a spare part as it was out of stock. Do not buy. It is a terrible quality bed. I ended up taking the parts to the recycling centre after partially making it. It came with so many smaller pieces that did not align properly. The white laminate chips. The joins don’t line up. You are also expected to line up the internal wooden baton edging to hold the mattress on the outside frame yourself. I wasted £140 on this.
