If no star was an option i wouldhave chosen. DO NOT BUY! Very bad insructions to put together but we had already opened it and started building so could not return. Also my husband is quite the handy man so was able to do other with his tools over a couple of days. Not like the usual flat pack furniture where holes etc are already made, and quite flimsey… worried about the weight of mattress. also will only fit a small single mattress. Tellls you somewhere in description but you have to look for it. Unfortunately we didn’t see till after and are in process of exchanging the standard single mattress that we had ordered. Perfect spare bed for guests. Like the combination headboard/footboard which keeps the mattress in place. Also, like that there is no middle rail which makes other brand's foldable beds very uncomfortable - particularly looked for that there is no middle cross rail under the mattress. Delivered sooner that the day I had ordered - awkward as still had the old bed. It said part delivery. After waiting for further delivery, found I had it all. It was is dozens of pieces and took the handyman all morning to assemble. Screws were too long and came through on to outside, dangerously pointed and had to be taken off with angle grinder. Dreadful bed. If I hadn’t have had a guest due to stay I would have sent it straight back. There was absolutely no way the fixings for the bed slats would snap into place, if you pressed too hard they broke. I have mixed feelings about this bed. The instructions were not idiot proof. Because they were unclear, multiple times i attached things the wrong way around only to have to unscrew them and reseat them. That said, when fully set up, it's pretty good and does what it depicts (ie 2 single mattresses can be laid side by side) which is what we wanted. However, this purchase was something of an experience and loses 2 stars from me because of it. We seemed to be missing 2 screws. I tried to use the website form to highlight this, it wouldnt let me submit it. So i manually emailed the cited address. This put me through to the manufacturer who didnt have the screws in stock, so put me back to Wayfair. I was inclined to think that from that point it was just going to be a case of them ordering the screws elsewhere, then sending them out. Turns out that's not something they can do. Took multiple back and forths to identify that the screws were actually easy to find elsewhere, but goodness me, it was not as simple as I feel it should have been. We got there in the end, and the problem has been solved, but its made me think twice about buying anything large and unwieldly from here. Their solutions were primarily to return the item, faff about with having another entire bed sent out from which i could pinch 2 screws then send the rest back, or buy the screws elsewhere. Maybe that's simple for some, but not so if you're disabled. Conclusion: bed's good enough for what it does, id give it 4 stars if it werent for the experience. Shay. Cornwall, GB. Mon Oct 06 2025

While this bed was great looking. It was pretty much the worst made bed in the world. It was in 100 pieces when certain pieces could’ve been sent flat packed. Pieces of wood were not cut equally, screw holes didn’t line up so getting it together was near impossible and I had to miss out a few screws and drill my own wholes. It needed sanding and it took around 10 hours to build if I’d not got half way through it before I realised just how horrible it was I’d of sent it back.
