Really happy with our purchase. It is clearly reclaimed old teak wood, and painted just enough to add a little colour and interest. Each piece will differ a little though all made to a standard size etc. Its solid and well made. We had looked at other Indian distessed pieces from other suppliers, and while we loved that they were all very individual one off pieces - none had the dimensions we wanted to fit a television inside the lid.
