The delivery experience was abysmal, but the product is okay. It is not deeply upholstered, barely enough to produce the effect in the picture. The item is hollow, which makes it easy to lift and fit, but doesn't instill a sense of quality, particularly at the price. The brackets are decent, and easy to fit, but as always, the supplied screws were discarded and I used upgraded items. Awful experience with Wayfair and their policy of no compensation and their inability to chase the item either. Took over a month for me to receive the item. The product just about fulfils the description. If I had been inclined to go through even more hassle, I'd have returned the item an bought elsewhere, notably the jungle website or the auction website, and saved an awful lot of the percentage of the price in the process..
