Adopting a boneless design for great comfort, it has a non-slip base and a removable, washable cover. Effortlessly converted between sofa and bed, it maximizes space efficiency, making it a perfect multi-functional pick for compact living areas.

Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. Bought two for our cabin garden room and they are absolutely perfect, we love everything about them…. the colour, design, size and comfort, so inviting and great for chilling out on. The cushions have all plumped up nicely and really pleased the colour is a more muted grey/blue green rather than garish or too emerald, much more in keeping with the calm natural look we are trying to create. Wayfair communication was excellent.. from my phone call to keeping me updated when delivery was scheduled for. Even the delivery guys were very helpful indeed. The sofa fits our space in the living room. Seating slightly hard but expect through time with people sitting on the cushions it will be reduced somewhat. Regards the Sofa bed, it’s made up ready with sheet & duvet in place ready to use in the next couple of days. So fingers crossed is will be comfortable.
