Colour was slightly darker than expected, but overall pretty happy with the product. The individual parts did feel a bit flimsy during build, but all came together nicely and is sturdy once built. When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future. Lovely, sturdy set of drawers and pretty easy to build compared to other flat packs I’ve had. The colour is more cream than I was expecting from the description but it still went well in the bedroom, so just be aware if you are looking for off white as this range wouldn’t be suitable. Slightly annoyed with the delivery, despite being given a delivery slot and ensuring someone was home, they messaged 2 hours after to say that it was rescheduled for after the bank holiday (this was a Friday).
