Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. BEAUTIFUL COUCH!! Impressed with how soft and fluffy the pillows feel. Gives support while still being comfortable. This was my first purchase from Wayfair and I’m just so impressed.
