Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. Waited over multiple days for the entire thing to be delivered. 3 separate boxes over 3 separate days so it wasted a lot of my time by not being able to do anything with it until all 3 boxes had arrived. Lovely colour, robust material, spacious, and comfy to sit on as a sofa but a little hard to lie on as a bed. It definitely takes 2 people to put it together - and all the fixings were mixed up in the wrongly labelled bags! Luckily we worked it out and managed to put the sofa bed together. Wayfair communication was excellent.. from my phone call to keeping me updated when delivery was scheduled for. Even the delivery guys were very helpful indeed. The sofa fits our space in the living room. Seating slightly hard but expect through time with people sitting on the cushions it will be reduced somewhat. Regards the Sofa bed, it’s made up ready with sheet & duvet in place ready to use in the next couple of days. So fingers crossed is will be comfortable. A versatile, quality sofa bed. A comfortable sofa that folds out into a bed in seconds.

First sofabed sent out had a couple of defects. Wayfair issued a replacement and picked up the old broken sofabed as well. Product is okay, the first section of the sofabed once extended into bed is quite hard, so our guests have to sleep with their foot at the "top end" of the sofabed. Colour is quite good! Excellent looking 2 Seater Fold Out Sofa Bed produced in high-quality and durable fabric. The seats have well-filled foam cushions wrapped with fiber. Super easy to transform the sofa into a comfortable bed in seconds.
