A large 5-seater sofa available in a warm and durable grey air leather. This product has a soft foam padding in the pillow back seats offering superb lumbar support. Made from air leather - a woven fabric made to look and feel like leather but retains the breathability of woven fabric. Recline each end seat with ease using a simple Manual Latch Mechanism for when you want to take your relaxation that step further, just place your hand on the side lever and pull to release the footrest and lean back to recline the backrest. Push gently on the footrest with your legs to lock it back into place, and the backrest will also return to its upright position. The orientation we wanted was out of stock when we were looking at this sofa. Were told we would be informed when available. Didn’t get any messages so started looking at other sites and trawling round the furniture shops to see if we could see anything similar that we liked (No joy). Looking again through Wayfair and saw that ‘our’ one was available, though we had not been informed. Ordered the sofa and two of the footstools in chocolate. Were given separate delivery dates for sofa and stools for about 5 weeks later (approx 1 week between deliveries. Were kept well informed by the courier company and that the sofa would be a week early. It duly arrived, well packagedprotected. The two guys delivered it into the lounge and offered to unpack it, which I declined as it was 4pm and they still had 5 ‘drops’ to do. Got a phone call half an hour later from the courier company to check that everything was OK. Assembly was a doddle. Footstools arrived 4 days later (legs already attached). If you can go without armrests you’ll need 284 cm (not 282 as described), but remember the armrests fixing brackets will be showing so if it's next to a wall it might be OK for some. Good luck. Looks so cute! I read a review that said if youre thinking of buying this, just do it. And I did. And I dont regret it. The cushions are a bit more firm than Id prefer but I think they will be more soft once the lounger gets used more. Fits two people easily, and the dogs figure out out how to squeeze in there too. Sofa is lively and spacious but not happy due to incorrect size and measurements provided on website. In product details it states the overall length and width of the sofa is 221cm. This however is incorrect, this is an internal measurement NOT the overall total size. As such this sofa does not now fit in the intended space which I had made sure to measure prior to ordering. Another point which I am unhappy about is the delivery which stated 8 weeks. I was given a date and took that day off work especially for it. However the day passed and there was no delivery and no email to say sorry this will not be delivered today. 2 days later I get a reply after contacting customer services to complain to say they will be in touch as soon as they have a date and I should keep checking my order (which still had the original delivery date listed in the past). I was then given a new delivery date only to be contacted by text msg a few days beforehand to say actually we can delivery tomorrow so all in all I have taken 3 days off of work to get a sofa delivered that doesn't fit the dimensions provided and paid a lot of money for it..
