I had a problem with the delivery as one of the pieces was not shipped with the other so as they were separated I was not sure if I would get them. On speaking to the team at Wayfair they immediately put someone onto the case to find out what had happened and gave me peace of mind that a resolution of some kind would be made by a set time and date. Beautiful sofa very sturdy easily put together I didn’t originally ordered this one but after Wayfair failure of delivering my original order I had to change to this one , since 11th May I placed my order only received it on 17th July , customer service was very helpful I couldn’t have asked for a better service from them , I would definitely recommend this sofa easy recline very comfortable my family enjoying after being without for weeks .. thank you Wayfair ...
