We bought this sofa for extra seating for visitors. We had very limited space and it fits perfectly. The seats are very firm but that is great for us as we don't like sofa's to be too soft. However, the back cushions are very soft and we have purchased extra foam to go inside and that has worked perfectly for us. The cushions that come with the sofa are very firm too. Overall, it looks lovely but we had to cover ours with a throw that was also purchased from Wayfair to protect the sofa from our cats.
