Unfortunately the sofa arrived damaged, however Wayfair as usual provided absolutely excellent customer service and sorted the issue immediately. I’ve still given the sofa five stars though because apart from the damage in transit, the sofa is beautiful and really well made. Thick well padded seating and back cushions that may feel a bit firm to begin with but that also means it will stay new looking for longer before cushions wear in. The ergonomic sofa bed is constructed of 3-position seat-to-backrest angle adjustment. A 105-degree angle provides your back a slightly reclined position healthy to your back on regular basis. A 138-degree reclining position might put the least stress on the spine and help reduce the risk of back pain. 180-degree flat lying makes occasional couch sleeping commodious.
