I was incredibly disappointed at the quality of this screen. The images indicate it has some substance in the frame itself, but it is the lightest wood which feels very fragile. I don't believe it is Paulownia wood which is supposed to be lightweight and strong. I can see it falling apart very easily. It is painted by a toddler, no offence to young children. This is something to avoid in my view. And I had to pay £20 to return this item. There is no way this item weighs 8kg. Not even with the box! Do not purchase!!!! The wood slats have tiny gaps so it is slightly see through if you stand close enough to it, but it's perfect to hang some sumptuous over for extra privacy, say in the boudoir.
