I can’t really comment on this exact unit because I was sent the wrong one…I was told they could send the right one a few days later however I opted for a refund so I could get one sooner. Sometimes the measure of a business is not how it worked when things go smoothly, but when things go (a liitle) wrong. I ordered the above unit and it came by 3.30 the following day. Much to our disappointment, when it was unpacked we found it was damaged. Following a call to Wayfair, I was informed the unit would be picked up the next day and replaced as soon as possible. The person on the phone was reassuring and efficient. The unit was collected at 9.00 the following morning and 5 days later we received a perfect replacement. We actually delayed delivery as my husband's birthday intervened. I love the unit, it is well made and modern in appearance. If I had ordered a similar one locally it would have had to wait 6 weeks.. Exactly what we were looking for. Gloss black front and sides look good with black tv. Love the internal storage and shelves - lots of cable entry options to tidy up tv equipment / cables behind black glass. Good strong build quality. This 120cm wide TV stand has two adjustable-height shelves and a cupboard with an internal shelf. Cable holes in the back panel.

The first one that arrived was really badly damaged. Chipped, dented and cracked in multiple places. But Wayfair sent me a new one 2 days later, so can't say fairer than that.
