There is one particular fitting that was not going to fit at all; this hasn't actually seemed to affect the rigidity of the product, though as I've tried flexing it and all and it's not budging at all, so I don't think it's really an issue just not something that a product should have had, so a bit disappointing.. Sometimes the measure of a business is not how it worked when things go smoothly, but when things go (a liitle) wrong. I ordered the above unit and it came by 3.30 the following day. Much to our disappointment, when it was unpacked we found it was damaged. Following a call to Wayfair, I was informed the unit would be picked up the next day and replaced as soon as possible. The person on the phone was reassuring and efficient. The unit was collected at 9.00 the following morning and 5 days later we received a perfect replacement. We actually delayed delivery as my husband's birthday intervened. I love the unit, it is well made and modern in appearance. If I had ordered a similar one locally it would have had to wait 6 weeks.. I’ve had this stand on my “to buy” list for over 1year. my biggest regret is not buying it much earlier! the profile is very minimalist, takes up little space. wooden legs are premium, support beam quite solid. ease to fit, I had the set up done in less than 10mins. my tv is 85” so i def needed help just hanging it on the stand. i’m strongly considering buying another for the 65” tv in my conservatory. fingers crossed, there will be a sales soon the price will be discounted. Really pleased with the unit, looks fantastic, good quality. Arrived damaged (corners broken) but replacements parts send straight away and arrived in good condition. A great purchase! Tips for assembly: the holes for the centre shelves are not mirrored top and bottom so you need to pay attention which way round they go.
